However, some cocktails are much more prevalent in comparison, so be sure to add them to your drink list.

Coming in as the twentieth most popular combo to enjoy, tequila soda is 10% of the survey respondents’ favorite choice. Made with fresh lemons, club soda, and tequila, this drink is a must-try.
19. Whiskey Highball
Whether you make it with ginger beer or you use some soda water, Whiskey Highball is one of those drinks you won’t forget. With 10% of the votes, this ranks nineteen on the popularity list, making it many people’s go-to choice.
18. Tequila Sunrise
Another tequila drink has 11% of the respondents’ votes, and rightly so. Made with tequila, orange juice, and grenadine syrup, you’ll be served the unmixed tequila sunrise in a tall glass. The gorgeous orange color makes it especially eye-catching.
17. Caipirinha
Caipirinha is Brazil’s national cocktail all the way from São Paulo. This alcoholic beverage is made with cachaça, lime, and sugar, transporting you straight to the beaches of Brazil. With 12% of the votes, it ranks seventeenth on the list.
16. Espresso Martini
If you enjoy some delicious freshly brewed coffee along with premium Vodka, then this drink should be at the top of your list. With 13% of people ranking it as their favorite cocktail, it’s a unique drink to have. Another name for it is vodka espresso, so if you see it on the menu, know they’re synonymous.
15. Cosmopolitan
Being the top drink for 14% of the people, this pink-hued drink is generally served in a stem glass. If you don’t like overly sweet drinks, then this is perfect for you because it’s a mix of sweet and sour. It typically contains vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed lime juice.

A light beverage to sip on, the vodka soda is a mixture of sour lemon juice, club soda, and delicious boozy vodka. With 14% of the votes, it ranks fourteen on our list. If you’re testing your cocktail skills, use good quality alcohol since there aren’t many ingredients in this to mask the taste.
13. Irish Coffee
Coffee mixed with alcohol is famous and is a combination worth trying. Having 14% of the votes, it’s a fan-favorite. A delightful mixture of Irish whiskey, brown sugar, and freshly brewed coffee, this is a drink that’s enjoyed by many.
12. Martini
Coming in hot with 14% of the votes, Martinis are your typical beverage with green olives as a garnish. It’s made with orange peels, gin, and vermouth, kept in the freezer or fridge, and served in a tall glass. Avoid using ice as it dilutes the drink.
11. Spritz
From an Italian origin, Spritz has a fun story behind it. It’s said that it dates back to the 1800s when Austrians visiting Italy would dilute Italian wines with a “spritz.” Made with Aperol, Prosecco, soda, and oranges, it has 15% of the votes.

If there’s one thing people like more than their Vodka lemonade, it’s lemonade made with gin. With 17% of the votes, this beverage is a quick and easy solution to all your alcohol needs.

The classic combination never ceases to amaze the people who consume it. Having 17% of the voters favour, Rum and coke is served over ice, typically in a smaller glass with a garnish of lemon wedge.
7. Daiquiri
A typical Daiquiri starts with fresh lime juice, some light rum, and some sugary syrup to top it off. 18% of the respondents consider this to be their favorite drink, and there are several iterations of the drink, including a strawberry daiquiri.

Pina Coladas are initially from Puerto Rico however, now they’re enjoyed all across the globe. With 19% of the votes, they’re made with rich coconut milk or cream, pineapple, and delightful white rum.

Coke is a popular choice when it comes to making cocktails, which is why it’s no surprise that Whiskey and coke rank fifth with 19% of the votes. Lemon or citrus is generally added to add some depth to the drink.

While it might seem like an odd combination for a drink, Bloody Mary is made with vodka and tomato juice. Some iterations have spices and garnishes like hot sauces, garlic, herbs, horseradish, celery, etc. With a total of 20% of people enjoying it, it’s definitely worth a try.

This drink is generally served in a glass with a salty rim to add more flavour to it. Made with tequila, triple sec, and lime juice, it ranks third, with 20% claiming it’s their favorite combination.
2. Mojito
A Cuban signature drink, Mojito, is loved by a whopping 27% of respondents. Made with five essential ingredients, namely white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint, it’s a simple beverage anyone can make at home.
1. Gin & Tonic
All-time favorite, stealing the top spot, is the one and only Gin & Tonic with 28% of the votes. Initially made to prevent diseases, it is now widely known and loved by many. All you need is some premium quality gin and tonic water coupled with a giant ball of ice.
