Step 1: Purchase A Listing Plan
This is the first step to getting started with our listing plans. You pay a low flat fee to list your home instead of a high listing agents commission and we offer 2 listing plans for you to choose from.
- Get LISTED $299 (Less Photos)
- Get SOLD $399 (More Photos)
Both of our listing plans come with a listing on your local MLS, real estate search websites (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc) and a FSBO listing on ISoldMyHouse.com.

Step 2: Complete Your MLS Listing
After you make a purchase on our website you have to provide some information so our local MLS broker can list your house on the correct local MLS. There are over 800 local MLS’s and each one is different, you will be sent instructions for completing the following items.
- Submit Your Properties Information
- Submit Your Properties Photos
- Choose Buyers Agent Commission To Offer
- Sign Listing Agreement
After completing those items and your listing is active on the local MLS, it will sync out online to all the real estate search websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and dozens of other sites that listings in your area go to.
Our listings will go to all the same websites that local real estate agents listings are posted for sale.

Step 3: Sell Your Home
Once your home is listed on the local MLS and ISoldMyHouse.com the fun begins. Remember, you are taking on activities that are commonly done by a listing agent so be prepared to handle the following.
- Coordinating showings with buyers and buyers agents via phone and email
- Hosting open houses
- Negotiating and accepting contracts with buyers and buyers agents
- Working through the escrow process and getting to the closing
Don’t worry, these items above can seem daunting but they are not as complicated as some people would lead you to believe. If you have not done so already, check out our step-by-step home sellers guide that walks you through this process.

Step 4: Close Your Home and Collect Your Savings!
This is where all your hard work pays off. The final step in this process is closing your home. This is where the title is exchanged, keys handed over and your money is paid to you. A lot more money than if you sold with a traditional real estate agent!
Don’t forget to brag (a little bit) to all your friends, family and neighbors about how much money you saved!
