Located south of Route 50 and West of Rt 27, you will find most major named brand stores and great eateries on these roads. Located just 30 minutes from the entry to Disneyworld, but far enough away so you don't have the tourist traffic. As a Florida resident, you can get annual passes to the parks at a much reduced rate.

This house was built in 2016. The builder stayed in the house for a few months while building his own home in the same neighborhood. So the appliances are like new.
